Biography
One of the architects of Craiova Maxima. He joined CS Universitatea Craiova in 1966, served as club secretary for four years, was vice-president from 1970 to 1983 and, in the 1983–1984 season, president of CS Universitatea Craiova.
Throughout that time he steered the club towards its great achievements at home and in Europe.
